  3. Your family members, kids, even your friends can join you!

  4. You don’t have to sign up, register, or track anything in order to participate.

 

You’ll notice that the tasks extend beyond fitness and workouts. These are habits and activities that can improve your overall well being. Who doesn’t need some of that as we finish off this year?!?

What is required to participate?
NOTHING! This requires no money or anything extra. Just something fun to do with the rest of your Moxie Family!

 

What if I miss a day or have a trip?
Don't worry! Most of the tasks you can perform anywhere. Also remember, it's NOT REQUIRED for you to do ALL 31 days. Consistency > Perfection.  


Where do I sign up?
No need to sign up anywhere. Just follow along DAILY
 in the Moxie Members App and download the calendar.
